Sampling of 4D data to dataframe available in forward (completion of stratosphere working for satellites)

Working for projection of 4D data and sparse data; added functionality to debug the adjoint for each transform separately

Stratosphere reprojected for satellites; still need to deal with times; vertical interpolation and time_interpolation not re-implemented as default functions

Cleaned transform and restructured scripts (with no effect); TOTO: put obsvect operations (hcoord, vcoord, tstep) as transforms

Docker tests and debugs in Docker; add option to switch between executable or compilation in CHIMERE
