System expansion time

Miguel Las Heras Hernandez requested to merge system_expansion_time into main

The code has been updated so operate with the whole model is easier:

  • processing of data for the compilation of the DB is now done through pandas
  • visualizations have been updated

The model has been updated so it allows expanding the time scope of the study (currently set from 1950 to 2020).
