Initial code to handle cloud water in nested wind fields (it is not completely implemented in this commit)

Code for cloud water should be correct if the total cw is stored in field clwc (old scheme) or in field qc (new scheme). Minor edits in some files.

bugfix: MPI version gave wrong wet deposition when using ECMWF cloud water fields. Cloud water in ECMWF fields now uses parameter qc, or reads clwc+ciwc. Added minmass variable as limit for terminating particles.

Added module gfs_mod / ecmwf_mod to allow compilation of different versions without editing source code

* Implemented com_mod switch nmlout to write input files as namelist to
  the output directory (.true. by default)
* Proposed updated startup and runtime output (may change back to previous
  info if desired)
