Change print to verbose. Fix a tiny bug where a warning message was wrongfully printed due to some wrong index. Improve the reading of the stations in the rodenbeck file

Refactor the code so it works for both empa and nilu setup. Create a new background for the rödenbeck scheme but the job is actually done in the obsvect

Adapt the reading of the flexpart footprints to my case. Hard-coded fix for now, needs to make it flexible.

Initialize the obs_cinipos in case there is no background attribute in obsvect. With this version of the code, I could run the flexpart test using Espen data

Added option to extract land/sea mask from regions definition file. Introduced total/global error for inversion domain
