Two major changes:
1. New formula (6) in apply_AK.py
2. Handle profiles defined on pressure boundaries

Fix issue with global domains and find_gridcells; speed up regrid for observations; warning: to be tests for regrid of matrices and bilinear interpolation of observations

Sampling of 4D data to dataframe available in forward (completion of stratosphere working for satellites)

Working for projection of 4D data and sparse data; added functionality to debug the adjoint for each transform separately

Stratosphere reprojected for satellites; still need to deal with times; vertical interpolation and time_interpolation not re-implemented as default functions

Allowing inheritance of attributes (in particular file and dir) from components to parameters in datavect; fixing formula #3 for satellites
